The TikTok Ads Measurement Product team is focused on building accurate, scalable, and easy-to-use tools to enable advertisers to measure the impact of their investment on Tiktok.

We're looking for a Product Manager to build measurement products to help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch 'millions' of advertisers.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of the product design of TikTok's client-facing metrics for advertisers to measure the effectiveness of TikTok monetization. Devise applicable metrics and quantitative measurement solutions for a variety of products to support their business growth.
  • Work closely with key cross functions such as product managers, engineers and marketing teams. Able to independently own projects, including launching new features, delivering communication strategies, and product iterations.
  • Partner with external stakeholders to establish metric quality principles & practices across the data pipeline. Pay continuous attention to the data integrity of the reporting infrastructure.
  • Facilitate projects, allocate resources and drive consensus with stakeholders across time zones. Logical thinker, with effective analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
1. 1+ years of product management experience or 2+ years of relevant experience at fast-growing companies.
2. Bachelors Degree or higher in quantitative discipline, i.e. Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science etc. preferred.
3. Capable of in-depth data interpretation and highly data-sensitive. Experience in doing quantitative analysis with SQL.
4. Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment. Self-driven, good at driving all partners to achieve results together.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in ad monetization business and data platform.
2. Understanding of ad tech and the measurement space.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $144000 - $287280 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
